ABZ team were prompt with their responses to me on the phone when I suddenly had sewerage backing up into my house and needed it sorted immediately.
They were happy to match a competitor’s initial quote, communicated throughly with me, and the plumbing team arrived quickly.

Paul the plumber was very knowledgeable and his apprentice was good too. I was so glad I chose them when the issue turned out more of a challenge to solve than we thought at first. Plumbing emergencies are never cheap, but Paul made sure to keep me informed along the way and let me help out to keep costs as low as possible.
Thanks ABZ, I now know who I can trust if anything else comes up

After my other plumber bailed on me last minute, I contacted ABZ Plumbing Brisbane to complete the rough-in for my bathroom renovation. He was incredibly accommodating and managed to come out and see me the very same day!

He was knowledgeable, professional and completed the work in a timely manner and didn’t even mind me yapping away to him while he worked.

Even though I had to replace the hot water system, I appreciated Abz suggesting ways to  save money. Plus he was able to give me a quick over the phone approximate cost of the job, as opposed to scheduling a quote and then not turning up and saying it was a free quote anyway.
